collection is Janis Miglavs'
photograph, "Mursi
God Over Omo River".
The photograph was given to the
museum with funds donated by
Richard and Kay Holsomback,
Barbara Dunn and Tim Shaughnessy.

A very
recent acquisition of the
Longview Museum of Fine Arts was
a sculpture by Philippe Faraut
which the artist, who has given
sculpture workshops at the
Museum, generously donated. The
name of this beautiful
piece is "Reverie"
and the dimensions are 12" x
6" x 5 ". |

One of
the most recent acquisition of
the Longview Museum of Fine Arts
is a sculpture called Gods
and Goddesses #4 by
Pat Musick. The work, which
was completed in 1992, is made of
steel, stone and shaped
canvas. Its dimensions are
33x39x12. |

Museum of Fine Arts is "Paradise,"
a photograph from the Keith
Carter collection. |

Jarvis (1868-1944), a Texas
artist, created this painting, a
landscape of the Davis Mountains,
which was given by Margaret Orne and Verner E. Kelly in honor
of LeGrande D. Kelly and Virginia
Lou Kelly. |

is the 'second' in a series
of Monkey Strider
paintings Kriesberg
did in the early 1970's and

and the dimensions
are 48 x 57 inches.
