Big Trout

Big Trout Paint Palette was painted in 1991 by Richard Thompson and donated to the Museum after his recent "Foolish Flyfisherman" exhibit in Jan/Feb 2008.  It's an oil on canvas.

This recent acquisition is Untitled, by Daniel Hays of Chandler, Texas. It is an abstract oil on board, and was bought by the Museum in March 2008.

This Untitled aquisition by Wilfredo Lam, was a gift of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Grams of Dallas. It's an original gouache and ink on paper, sized 8.5" x 10.75", depicting an abstract cubist female primarily in blue, grey, red, and white.  Signed "Wi Lam". Untitled, 1969

This oil on canvas painting entitled Eureka III by artist Melinda Buie, donated to LMFA by her parents, Linda and Jim Buie from the recent "Coming Home" exhibit in July and August.  Eureka measures 47" x 47" and was painted in 2008

This acrylic on canvas, entitled A Roadtrip to Elysian Fields by artist Robert Langford from the summer's "Coming Home" exhibit was donated to LMFA by Jean and Gene Langford in honor of their son.  The painting measures 48" x 60"

This is oil on canvas entitled "Stadium #23" by Forrest Harrisberger.  The painting measures 40" x 30" and was donated by the artist.
