Faraut, based in New York State, has
spent the past decade traveling
throughout the U.S. and Canada teaching
both aspiring and professional artist his
unique methods for transforming studies
in portraiture into individual works of
art. Faraut’s new book, Portrait
Sculpting: Anatomy and Expressions in

Sculpting
Demonstration Philippe Faraut will
hold a Sculpture Demonstration open to
the public from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on
Friday, October 13th at the Longview
Museum of Fine Arts
Last year Mr.
Faraut sculpted a bust of a man
and then "aged"
him several years.
