Marci and her husband, Darren, have lived in Longview for 19 years. Since early on, Marci has been involved with LMFA in several ways; first through the Junior League of Longview, assisting with ArtWorks summer children’s classes, and later through her children’s involvement in classes, LMFA Student Board, and her daughter Madeline’s internship with the museum in the summer of 2020. In recent years, Marci has been a student herself in ArtWorks adult classes. Throughout the years, LMFA has been a big part of
the Duvall family life – attending openings, exhibits, concerts, Christmas markets, and even yoga class. Marci has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Communication. She has worked in the fields of advertising, printing, and public relations, in addition to many opportunities for volunteer work as a graphic designer. When she is not busy raising kids (empty nest coming soon) Marci enjoys creating
pastel art, reading and traveling with family and friends.
