Student Tours: The Longview Museum of Fine Arts is dedicated to providing memorable learning experiences for the students in our community. Our tours are designed to expand critical and creative thinking and encourage the next generation of artists and art enthusiasts to develop an appreciation for the visual arts. Using a variety of evidence-based strategies, students explore works of art, make connections with their personal experiences, and apply their visual literacy skills in accordance to TEKS curricular standards. Tours start at $1 per student and $2 per adult with the option of adding on a hands-on art project for an additional fee. For pricing and scheduling, please call 903-753-8103.
Adult Tours: For groups of 10 or more, we offer a 90 minute tour highlighting unique works by early Texas regional artists as well as emerging contemporary talents from across the United States. Docent-led adult tours are $5 per person regardless of membership and we recommend calling 903-753-8103 at least one week in advance to confirm availability.
