While I have always considered East Texas “HOME,” following graduation from Pine Tree High School, I attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth for my undergraduate degree and then Sam Houston State University in Huntsville for my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Following graduate school, I returned to the Fort Worth area and enjoyed a successful and rewarding 20-year career in medical sales and marketing. As my son approached junior high age, I knew I was ready to return home and raise him in the close-knit, supportive, family-oriented environment I had enjoyed.
