BRAD TIDWELL

First Vice President

Brad Tidwell is a native of Longview, Texas and proud Longview High School graduate. He holds a B.S. (1983) and an M.A. (1984) in Agricultural Economics & Finance from Texas A&M University. He is also a
2001 graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking in Dallas, Texas. Brad currently serves as the Immediate Past-Chairman of the Board for Longview Foundation. He has also served as Chairman and Executive Committee Member of Longview Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Texas A&M Mays Business School Commercial Banking Program Advisory Board, Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, and Member of the National Community Bankers Counsel of the Risk Management Association. Brad has two daughters. His eldest is Managing Director of Education and Outreach at A Bridge Over Troubled Waters, a large Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Agency in Houston. His youngest is a lawyer with J.P. Morgan Chase in their Global Asset Management division in Austin. He has a 4-old granddaughter and a 2-year old grandson.
