Neal Tipton comes to us from Lipan, TX. He has been self-employed as an IT contractor since 1997 and provides managed services along North Texas’ I-20 corridor. A father of eight, Neal has served in various roles with several non-profit and community service organizations over the years.  He and his wife Laurayne moved their family to Longview and became members of the local museums in 2020.
